- Usage Rights: Once your final deposit has been paid, you'll have full commercial and music promotional usage rights. However, usage rights do not extend to billboard advertising or TV broadcasting without negotiation.
- Alterations: Partial or complete alterations to the images, including but not limited to additions, subtractions, or adaptations is prohibited.
- Revisions: To ensure you're satisfied with your order, we offer 2 free revisions. If you need more, we're happy to discuss it.
- Additional Work: Any changes to the original job description may incur charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
- Retained Rights: The Beat Shoppe retains the right to use any of the images created for professional purposes, including but not limited to samples, displays, advertising, internet web pages, and any other purpose.
- Copyright: The Beat Shoppe owns the copyright to the original cover art.
